Malabon City – In a successful law enforcement operation aligned with the Simultaneous Anti-Criminality and Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO), authorities arrested alias “Adhe,” 36 years old, at about 12:10 PM on August 2, 2025, in Barangay Tañong, Malabon City.

The arrested accused, listed as the No. 10 Top Most Wanted Person at the station level for August 2025, was apprehended by operatives of Malabon CPS under the direct supervision of Police Colonel Allan B. Umipig, Acting Chief of Police, in coordination with the Warrant and Subpoena Section.

The arrest was made by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Section 11, Article II of R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002). The warrant was issued by Honorable Rhoda Magdalene L. Mapile-Osinada, Pairing Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 170, Malabon City, dated July 25, 2025, with a recommended bail of P200,000.00. An Alternative Recording Device (ARD), specifically a Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, was utilized during the service of the arrest warrant to ensure proper documentation.

The accused was immediately brought to the Ospital ng Malabon for a mandatory medical examination and was then turned over to the Malabon CPS Custodial Facility for temporary detention, pending the issuance of a commitment order from the issuing court.

This accomplishment underscores the effectiveness of the NCRPO’s AAA Strategy—Able, Active, and Allied—a holistic approach to reducing crime and apprehending wanted persons. By enhancing operational capabilities, conducting proactive law enforcement, and fostering community partnerships, the NCRPO, under the leadership of Police Major General Anthony A. Police Brigadier General Jerry V. Protacio, Acting District Director of the Northern Police District, commended the arresting teams for their unwavering dedication to public safety and their seamless coordination which led to the successful apprehension of the suspect.
