Caloocan City โ Police operatives successfully arrested a 37-year-old male resident of Caloocan City, known as “Founder,” who was identified as the No. 2 Most Wanted Person in the region. The arrest occurred during a law enforcement operation on March 2, 2025, in Barangay 160, Caloocan City.
Joint operatives from the District Special Operations Unit (DSOU) of the Northern Police District (NPD), in coordination with the District Investigation Division (DID-NPD), Warrant Section-CCPS, Regional Intelligence Division-NCRPO, and NDIT RIU-NCR, served the warrant of arrest to the accused. He was wanted for murder (no bail recommended) and obstruction of apprehension of criminal offenders (bail recommended: Php 36,000.00). The warrants were issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 129 and the Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 86 in Caloocan City.
The accused was taken into custody at around 1:00 PM and was turned over to the DSOU Office an hour later. He is now detained at the NPD-CFU while the return of the warrant is being prepared for submission to the issuing courts.
