NAVOTAS CITY โ€“ The Navotas City Police Station (NCPS) successfully served a warrant of arrest against one of its Top 10 Most Wanted Persons (Station Level) for March 2025 in connection with a drug-related case.

On March 2, 2025, at about 1:45 PM, NCPS personnel, under the leadership of PCOL Mario C. Cortes, Chief of Police, served the warrant at the BJMP NCR Metro Manila District Jail Annex 6, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City. The accused 31 years-old, male, resident of Navotas City. Charges for violating Section 5 and Section 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) under Criminal Case No. N19-541-542-CR. The warrant was issued by Hon. Romana M.M.P. Lindayag Del Rosario, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 287-Navotas City, with no bail recommended.

The warrant of arrest will be returned to the issuing court while the accused remains in BJMP custody.
