πͺπ¨π³πΆπΆπͺπ¨π΅ πͺπ°π»πβ A 26-year-old male suspect, tagged as the #9 Top Most Wanted Person (District Level) and #6 (Station Level) for the month of August 2025, was successfully arrested in a targeted manhunt operation conducted in the early hours of August 5, 2025.
The suspect, a resident of Barangay 175, Caloocan City, was arrested at around 12:30 AM along the same street by operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section of the Caloocan City Police Station under the direct supervision of Police Colonel Joey T. Goforth, Officer-in-Charge.
The accused is wanted by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Rape under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code, issued by Hon. Barbara Aleli Hernandez Briones, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 1, Caloocan City, dated July 14, 2025, with no bail recommended.
To ensure transparency and compliance with PNP policies, an Alternative Recording Device (ARD), a POCO X4 Pro 5G was used during the arrest, in accordance with the Rules on the Use of Body-Worn Cameras in the Execution of Warrants.
The arrested individual was taken to the Caloocan City Medical Center (CCMC) for the required medical and physical examination and is now under the custody of IDMS-WSS for temporary detention. The return of the warrant is being prepared for formal submission to the court of origin.
