NPD Acting District Director, PBGEN ARNOLD E ABAD, led the men and women of the Northern Police District during the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the NPD Quadrangle, Tanigue St., Dagat-Dagatan, Caloocan City, earlier this morning, June 23, 2025.

Awards were presented to deserving personnel in recognition of their meritorious performance, exceptional dedication, and contributions to the success of the NPDโ€™s programs and operations. These awards serve as a testament to the commitment and professionalism displayed by the men and women of the NPD.

Present during the ceremony were: Deputy District Director for Administration, PCOL AMANTE B DARO, Deputy District Director for Operations, PCOL VILLAFLOR S BANNAWAGAN, Chief District Directorial Staff, PCOL RELLY B ARNEDO; D-Staff; and other NPD personnel.
