Caloocan City โ€“ A joint manhunt operation by the Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) led to the arrest of the stationโ€™s 7th most wanted person, a 54-year-old male resident of Caloocan City, for the crime of rape early this morning, March 3, 2025.

At around 2:50 AM, operatives from the Warrant and Subpoena Section, together with personnel of East Grace Park Police Substation 2, under the leadership of PCOL Edcille V. Canals, Chief of Police, arrested the accused along 3rd Avenue, Barangay 120, Caloocan City. The arrest was made by virtue of a warrant issued by Hon. Primo Elvin Lobina Siosana, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 128, Caloocan City, with no bail recommended.

Following standard procedure, the suspect was brought to the Caloocan City Medical Center for a medical and physical examination before being placed under temporary detention at the IDMS-WSS office for documentation and return of the warrant to the issuing court.
