The Northern Police District (NPD), through the relentless efforts of its District Special Operation Unit (DSOU), successfully arrested a male suspect listed as the No. 10 Most Wanted Person (Station Level) of the Malabon City Police Station for the month of December 2024.
On April 16, 2025, DSOU operatives apprehended the 37-year-old suspectโan alleged street sweeperโalong Bagumbong Dulo, Barangay 171, Caloocan City. The operation was executed by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Attempted Murder, issued by Hon. Misael Madelo Ladaga, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 292, Malabon City, dated April 2, 2024. The court recommended a bail of Php 120,000.00 for the said case.
The arrest was carried out with precision and professionalism, using an Alternative Record Device (ARD) to document the operation. Following his arrest, the accused was promptly turned over to the District Special Operation Unit office, and is now under the custody of Northern Police District- Custodial Facility Unit (NPDCFU) at Langaray Street, Kaunlaran Village, Barangay 14, Caloocan City. The return of the Warrant of Arrest is currently being prepared for submission to the issuing court.
