Navotas City โ In a significant law enforcement accomplishment, operatives of the District Special Operations Unit (DSOU) of the Northern Police District (NPD), in coordination with NDIT Northern District Intelligence Team-Regional Intelligence Unit National Capital Region (NDIT-RIU NCR), District Intelligence Division (DID-NPD), Warrant and Subpoena Section-( WSS) Navotas City Police Station (NCPS) and Northern NCR โ Maritime Police Station (Northern NCR MARPSTA), successfully arrested alias Bibe Gloria, a 37-year-old male resident of Navotas City.
The arrest was carried out at around 1:00 PM led by PLT Reymond B Balantac, on March 1, 2025, based on a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Zaldy B. Docena, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 170, Malabon City, for the crime of robbery with homicide (Criminal Case No. 38320), with no bail recommended. The accused was subsequently brought to the Northern Police District-Custodial Facility Unit (NPD-CFU), Langaray Street, Kaunlaran Village, Barangay 14, Caloocan City, and is now under police custody pending further legal proceedings.
This accomplishment underscores the effectiveness of the NCRPOโs AAA StrategyโAble, Active, and Alliedโa holistic approach to reducing crime and combating illegal activities.
