Caloocan City — In a successful implementation of Search Warrant, operatives of the Camarin Police Sub-Station 10, under the Caloocan City Police Station, under the leadership of Police Colonel Paul Jady D Doles, Chief of Police, arrested a 41-year-old male suspect alias “Roy” for violation of Section 28 of Republic Act 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act. The operation, conducted in relation to the Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO), underscores the relentless campaign of the Northern Police District (NPD) against illegal firearms and criminality in the CAMANAVA area.

The search commenced at around 11:40 PM on May 9, 2025, and concluded at approximately 1:20 AM the following day, May 10, 2025, at the suspect’s residence located at No. 5640 Pili Street, Area D, Camarin, Barangay 178, Caloocan City.

The operation was carried out based on a search warrant issued by Honorable Judge Glenda K. Cabello-Marin, Executive Judge of RTC Branch 124, Caloocan City. The execution of the warrant was properly documented through the use of a body-worn camera and a TECNO POVA 5G cellphone as an alternative recording device (ARD), ensuring transparency and accountability during the entire operation.

Recovered during the search were one caliber .45 pistol, engraved with “COLT COMBAT COMMANDER MODEL” and “COLT MK IV SERIES 80” on the upper receiver, and “COLT PT.F.A MFG CO. HARTFORD. CONN U.S.A.” on the lower receiver. Along with the firearm, a magazine and three rounds of ammunition for caliber .45 were also seized, all of which were properly marked and documented.

This accomplishment underscores the effectiveness of NCRPO’s AAA Strategy—Able, Active, and Allied—a holistic approach to reducing crime and combating illegal activities. Under the leadership of Police Major General Anthony A Aberin, this strategy promotes skill enhancement, proactive operations, and strong community partnerships to foster safer communities across Metro Manila.

Police Brigadier General Josefino D Ligan, District Director of the Northern Police District, commended the Caloocan City Police Station for their swift action and unwavering dedication in upholding public safety.
