A 39 years old, male, married resident of Caloocan City, identified listed as one of the Top Ten Most Wanted Persons (TTMWP) at both District and Station levels-was arrested early morning today, May 11, 2025, in Camarin, Caloocan City by operatives of the Northern Police District Special Operations Unit (NPD-DSOU) and NDIT-RIU NCR.
At around 4:50 AM, the joint team served a warrant of arrest along Camiling Street, Barangay 178, Camarin, Caloocan City, for violation of the Anti-Rape Law of 1997 (RA 8353), the warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Ma. Rowena Violago Alejandria Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 121, Caloocan City, with no bail recommended. The accused was turned over to the DSOU Office by 5:20 AM.
The operation was led by PLTCOL Alain Terence Licdan, DSOU Chief, and PCPT Edgardo T. Sicay, Team Leader of NDIT-RIU NCR. Use of body cams and mobile recording ensured transparency during the operation.
The accused is now under the custody of NPD-DSOU. A return of the warrant is currently being prepared to inform the court that it has been served.
