A joint manhunt operation by the Warrant and Subpoena Section and Substation 4 of Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) under the supervision of Police Colonel Paul Jady D Doles, Chief of Police, successfully led to the arrest of a top most wanted person (TMWP No. 9, District and Station Level for May 2025) in a drug-related case.

The suspect, a 45-year-old male construction worker from Barangay 31, Caloocan City, was caught at around 12:30 AM along Bisig ng Nayon, Barangay 4. The operation was carried out by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 120 of Caloocan City for violation of RA 9165, specifically Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs). The warrant, issued on April 23, 2025, recommended bail at ₱250,000.00.

Personnel utilized an Alternative Recording Device (ARD) during the operation and followed proper procedures. The suspect was taken to Caloocan City Medical Center for medical examination before being brought to the Investigation and Detective Management Section–Warrant and Subpoena Section for temporary custody while awaiting further court orders.
