Caloocan City – A man listed as the Top 6 Most Wanted Person (District Level) for the crime of rape was arrested by the personnel of Cadena de Amor Police Sub-Station 11 (PSS-11) at around 8:30 PM on May 24, 2025, inside the Custodial Facility of PSS-11, located at Cadena de Amor Street, Barangay 174, Camarin, Caloocan City.
The suspect, a 29-year-old jobless male, was previously detained on April 7, 2025, for Violating P.D.1602 (illegal gambling – cara y cruz) and was already under custody when the Warrant of Arrest for Rape (Article 266-A, Paragraph 1(A) of the Revised Penal Code) was served.
The warrant was issued by Hon. Ma. Teresa De Guzman Alvarez, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 131, Caloocan City, dated May 16, 2022. The case is non-bailable.
The arrest operation was led by PSS-11 Commander, PCPT Gregorio M. Fariñas, under the supervision of Police Colonel Paul Jady D Doles Chief of Police, Caloocan City Police Station. The arrest was recorded using an Alternative Recording Device (ARD) in compliance with operational standards and transparency protocols.
The accused was informed of the nature of his offense and his constitutional rights in Tagalog, which he understood, but he chose to remain silent.
This office is currently preparing the required documents for the return of the warrant of arrest to the court of origin.
