On May 26, 2025, at 4:00 AM, the Northern Police District (NPD), under the leadership of PBGEN JOSEFINO D LIGAN, District Director, participated in the presentation of the Intensified and Recalibrated Police Visibility across the National Capital Region. The NPD ceremony was held at the NPD Quadrangle, Tanigue St., Dagat-Dagatan, Caloocan City.
PCOL AMANTE B DARO, Deputy District Director for Administration, led the conduct of the activity. It was actively participated in by NPD personnel, force multipliers, and community volunteers—our steadfast partners in promoting community-based peacekeeping.
While the main launching program was held at the NCRPO Grandstand in Camp Bagong Diwa—graced by DILG Secretary Hon. Juanito Victor C Remulla, the Chief, PNP, and other top officials—the Northern Police District simultaneously held its own localized ceremony. This reflected our collective commitment to intensify police visibility and further build public trust at the district level.
