In a swift and coordinated operation, personnel of Sta. Quiteria Police Sub-Station 6 arrested a 31-year-old, male, identified as Most Wanted Person for violation (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002-Possession of Dangerous Drugs (RA 9165 Article II Section 11)

At around 5:45 PM on May 30, 2025, law enforcers led by Police Major Eric V. Roxas, in coordination with the Intelligence Section of the Caloocan City Police Station under the supervision of Police Colonel Paul Jady D Doles, Chief of Police, served a warrant of arrest against the accused at Tullahan Road, Barangay 162, Caloocan City. The operation was carried out by virtue of a warrant issued on May 26, 2025, by Hon. Ma. Teresa De Guzman Alvarez, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 131, Caloocan City. A bail of Php 200,000.00 was recommended.

The use of an Alternative Recording Device (ARD) in compliance with Supreme Court guidelines on the use of body-worn cameras ensured the transparency and integrity of the arrest procedure.

Police Brigadier General Josefino D Ligan, District Director of the Northern Police District, commended the Caloocan City Police Station for their dedication and professionalism that led to the successful operation.

Necessary documents are now being prepared for the return of the warrant to the court of origin.
