At around 8:30 PM on May 30, 2025, joint operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) and the Station Intelligence Section (SIS) of the Valenzuela City Police Station under the supervision of Police Colonel Relly B Arnedo, Officer in Charge, successfully served an alias warrant of arrest at Deparo Road Caloocan City.

The wanted person was arrested by virtue of an Alias Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Section 5(b) of Republic Act 7610. The warrant was issued by Hon. Evangeline S. Mendoza-Francisco, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 270 in Valenzuela City on March 7, 2025, with no bail recommended.

The arrested accused was brought to the Valenzuela City Emergency Hospital for a medical examination and was later turned over to the Custodial Facility Unit of the station. Body-Worn Camera (BWC) was used during the operation, ensuring transparency and accountability.

This accomplishment underscores the effectiveness of NCRPO’s AAA Strategy—Able, Active, and Allied—a holistic approach to reducing crime and combating illegal activities. By enhancing police skills, promoting proactive operations, and strengthening community partnerships, the NCRPO, under the leadership of Police Major General Anthony A Aberin, ensures continuous efforts to make Metro Manila safer.

Police Brigadier General Josefino D Ligan, District Director of the Northern Police District, commended the Valenzuela City Police Station for their swift and efficient action in apprehending the wanted individual.
