Valenzuela City—Police personnel from Polo Sub Station 5 of Valenzuela City Police Station under the supervision of Police Colonel Relly B Arnedo, Officer in Charge, successfully served a warrant of arrest inside the Custodial Facility Unit of the station on May 31, 2025, at around 5:40 PM.

The arrest was carried out against a male detainee also known as alias Roberto 54 years old, for violation of Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code (Acts of Lasciviousness). The accused was previously involved in a gambling case. The warrant was issued by Hon. Evangeline Mendoza-Francisco, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 270, Valenzuela City, on May 18, 2021. The operation also utilized to ensure transparency and accountability.

This accomplishment underscores the effectiveness of NCRPO’s AAA Strategy—Able, Active, and Allied—a holistic approach to reducing crime and combating illegal activities. Police Brigadier General Josefino D Ligan, District Director of the Northern Police District, commended the Valenzuela City Police Station for the swift and proper execution of the court order.
