Caloocan City – At around 4:20 PM today, police operatives from the Warrant and Subpoena Section of Caloocan City Police Station under the supervision of Police Colonel Paul Jady D Doles, Chief of Police, successfully arrested a most wanted person in Bagong Barrio, Caloocan City
The arrest was carried out by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Marcelino Rodriguez Gonzales II, Presiding Judge of MeTC Branch 42, Quezon City, dated May 27, 2025. The accused is facing charges for Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code, docketed under Criminal Case No. M-QZN-23-00120, for service of sentence.
The accused a 33-year-old, male, was arrested during a manhunt operation using an Alternative Recording Device (ARD), to ensured proper documentation of the police procedure.
The arrested accused was brought to Caloocan City Medical Center (CCMC) for medical and physical examination. He was then turned over to the Investigation and Detective Management Section – Warrant and Subpoena Section (IDMS-WSS) for temporary detention and processing of documents for the return of the warrant to the issuing court.

Police Brigadier General Josefino D Ligan, District Director of the Northern Police District, commended the efforts of the Caloocan City Police Station for their swift and effective action.
