Caloocan City — June 3, 2025, 12:05 AM, a joint manhunt operation by the Warrant and Subpoena Section of Caloocan City Police Station and Cadena de Amor Police Substation 11, under the supervision of Police Colonel Paul Jady D Doles, Chief of Police led to the arrest of a Top 8 District-Level and Top 5 Station-Level Most Wanted Person also known as alias Meann 32-year-old, female, for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (RA 9165, Sec. 12 – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia). Service of Sentence.

The arrest was carried out along Area 1, Camarin, Barangay 175, Caloocan City. Personnel utilized an Alternative Recording Device in line with the Supreme Court’s rules on the use of body-worn cameras. The accused was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued on April 10, 2025, by Hon. Ma. Teresa De Guzman Alvarez, Acting Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 127, Caloocan City.

After the arrest, the accused underwent medical and physical examination at Caloocan City Medical Center (CCMC) before being brought to the Investigation and Detective Management Section – Warrant and Subpoena Section (IDMS-WSS) office for temporary detention and processing of the return of the warrant.
