In two successful anti-illegal drug operations conducted within the CAMANAVA area, personnel of the Northern Police District (NPD) arrested two individuals involved in the illegal drug trade and confiscated a total of 83.65 grams of suspected shabu, 302 tablets of ecstasy, and 90 vape cartridges containing suspected marijuana oil, with a total estimated Standard Drug Price (SDP) of Php 1,712,220.00.

On July 29, 2025, at around 10:15 PM, personnel of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Malabon CPS arrested a male suspect known by the alias “Miyo,” 47 years old, in a buy-bust operation conducted at Brgy. Santulan, Malabon City. The operation resulted in the seizure of approximately 10 grams of suspected shabu valued at Php 68,000.00, one (1) caliber .38 revolver, and three (3) live ammunition. The suspect was immediately placed under arrest following the transaction and is facing charges for violations of Sections 5 and 11 under Article II of R.A. 9165 and R.A. 10591 (Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition).

In a separate operation conducted in the early morning of July 30, 2025, at around 2:57 AM, personnel of the SDEU-Navotas CPS arrested a female suspect known by the alias “Rose,” 47 years old, during a buy-bust operation at Brgy. San Rafael Village, Navotas City. Confiscated from her possession were 73.65 grams of suspected shabu with an SDP of Php 500,820.00, 302 tablets of suspected ecstasy valued at Php 513,400.00, and 90 vape cartridges of suspected marijuana oil with an SDP of Php 630,000.00. Also recovered were marked buy-bust money and other non-drug evidence. She will be facing appropriate charges under RA 9165 to be filed before the City Prosecutorโ€™s Office for inquest proceedings.

This accomplishment underscores the effectiveness of the NCRPOโ€™s AAA Strategyโ€”Able, Active, and Alliedโ€”a holistic approach to reducing crime and apprehending wanted persons. By enhancing operational capabilities, conducting proactive law enforcement, and fostering community partnerships, the NCRPO, under the leadership of Police Major General Anthony A Aberin, remains committed to ensuring safer communities across Metro Manila.
