In pursuit of enhancing disaster response capabilities, the Water Search and Rescue (WASAR) Orientation was successfully conducted to equip Northern Police District (NPD) personnel with vital knowledge and practical skills for effective emergency operations.

This comprehensive program featured intensive sessions and hands-on exercises where participants mastered essential techniques in search, rescue, and retrieval operations—ensuring they remain ready to respond swiftly and efficiently in times of crisis.

The activity was honored by the presence of PLTCOL CIELO L CALIGTAN, OIC, DMFB and PCPT BRYAN T MELAD, Company Commander, 151st SAC/SRRU Force Support Battalion, whose leadership and commitment served as an inspiration to the participants.
