Valenzuela City โ€“ Operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) of Valenzuela City Police Station (CPS) successfully arrested a 19-year-old male suspect, known by his alias Patrick, by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Section 5 (B) of R.A. 7610 as amended by R.A. 11648 โ€“ The Anti-Rape Law of 1997.

The arrest was carried out at around 5:40 PM on July 30, 2025, at Barangay Punturin, Valenzuela City. The Warrant of Arrest was issued by HON. Mateo B. Altarejos, Presiding Judge of Family Court, Branch 16, Valenzuela City, on June 28, 2025, with a recommended bail bond of Php180,000.00. Body-Worn Camera (BWC) was used during the arrest, ensuring transparency and accountability.

The accused was immediately brought to the Valenzuela City Health Department for medical examination and was subsequently turned over to the Custodial Facility Unit of Valenzuela CPS prior to the return of the warrant to the issuing court.
