Personnel of IDMS, WSS led by PSSg Michael P Agub and in coordination with Bagong Barrio Police Substation led by PCPT PAUL NORMAL C LARUGAL, Acting Substation Commander, SS 5 conducted joint manhunt operation that resulted in the arrest of the accused by Warrant of Arrest at about 10:10 PM on January 21, 2024, along Pangako St., Barangay 151, Caloocan City.
