Caloocan City – In a decisive operation against illegal drugs, personnel of the Warrant and Subpoena Section, Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) under the leadership of PCOL Edcille V. Canals, Chief of Police. Successfully arrested a female accused listed as Top most Wanted Person (TMWP) No. 9, Station Level for February 2025.

The arrest took place at Samson Road, Barangay 80, Caloocan City, at around 11:45 PM on February 24, 2025. The accused, a 46-years-old, vendor, resident of Caloocan City, was apprehended by virtue of a warrant of arrest for Violation of Section 11, Article II of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 – Possession of Dangerous Drugs). The warrant was issued by Hon. Rodrigo Flores Pascua Jr., Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 122, Caloocan City, with a recommended bail of PhP200,000.00.

Following the arrest, the accused underwent a medical and physical examination at Caloocan City Medical Center before being placed under temporary detention at the Investigation and Detective Management Section – Warrant and Subpoena Section (IDMS-WSS) pending the issuance of a commitment order from the court.
