Caloocan City – In a successful law enforcement operation, operatives of the Northern Police District – District Special Operations Unit (NPD-DSOU) apprehended a most wanted person (MWP), a 27-year-old male resident of Caloocan City.

The arrest took place at around 4:30 PM on February 28, 2025, at the suspect’s residence. The NPD-DSOU operatives, armed with a warrant issued by Hon. Rodrigo Flores Pascua Jr., Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 122, Caloocan City, successfully served the warrant of arrest for violation of Section 13, Article II of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002), under Criminal Case No. 119591.

The accused is currently under the custody of the Northern Police District-Custodial Facility Unit (NPD-CFU) at Langaray Street, Kaunlaran Village, Barangay 14, Caloocan City, while the return of the warrant of arrest is being prepared to inform the issuing court.

This accomplishment underscores the effectiveness of the NCRPO’s AAA Strategy—Able, Active, and Allied—a holistic approach to reducing crime and combating illegal activities. By enhancing police capabilities, conducting proactive operations, and strengthening community partnerships, the NCRPO, under the leadership of PBGEN Anthony A. Aberin, Acting Regional Director, continues to ensure a safer Metro Manila.
