Valenzuela City โ The Northern Police District (NPD), through the swift action of the Valenzuela City Police Stationโs Karuhatan Sub-Station 9 under the leadership of PCOL Nixon M Cayaban, Chief of Police, successfully arrested a Most Wanted Person (MWP) identified only by the alias “Mark” , male, 26 years old, at No. 23 I. Cabral Street, Barangay Maysan, Valenzuela City, on April 16, 2025.
The arrest was carried out by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Robbery, issued by Hon. Evangeline S. Mendoza-Francisco, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 270, Valenzuela City, dated March 21, 2025. The court recommended bail was set at Php12,000.00.
The operation commenced at 12:40 PM and was properly documented using BWC Serial Number: 5203109B19104510, ensuring transparency and accountability in the conduct of the arrest. The accused was subsequently turned over to the Custodial Facility Unit of the station pending the return of the warrant to the court of origin.
