Navotas City — a 19-year-old most wanted person was arrested by the Navotas City Police Station under the supervision of Police Colonel Mario C Cortes, Chief of Police, during the conduct of Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO) at around 4:45 PM on May 2, 2025, along Judge A. Roldan Street, Barangay San Roque Navotas City.
The arrest was made by the Intelligence Section of Navotas CPS through an Order to Take Custody issued by Hon. Cecilia Bunagan Parallag, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 9-FC, Navotas City, for violation of Article 266-A Paragraph 1(A) of the Revised Penal Code as amended by RA 8353 (Rape),. The court recommended no bail for the accused.
An alternative recording device (ARD) was used during the implementation of the order to ensure transparency and adherence to protocol. The arrested accused is currently under the custody of Navotas CPS while awaiting the issuance of a Commitment Order. The warrant will be returned to the issuing court.
