NPD District Director, PBGEN JOSEFINO D LIGAN, led the men and women of the Northern Police District during the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the NPD Quadrangle, Tanigue St., Dagat-Dagatan, Caloocan City, earlier this morning, May 5, 2025.
Awards were also given to deserving personnel for their outstanding performance, dedication, and contributions to the success of the NPD’s programs and operations. These recognitions serve as a testament to their commitment to excellence and service.
