In a successful anti-crime operation, operatives of the Caloocan City Police Station arrested a most wanted person for violation of Sections 5 and 11 of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, during a manhunt operation conducted under Oplan Bulabog.
The operation took place at around 12:15 AM on June 24, 2025, along Sawata, Maypajo, Barangay 35, Caloocan City. The suspect a 37-year-old, male, was apprehended based on a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Rey Ranoco Lor, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 138, Fourth Judicial Region, Antipolo City, dated February 3, 2022. No bail was recommended.
The Warrant and Subpoena Section led the operation, utilizing an Alternative Recording Device (ARD), or the Rules on the Use of Body-Worn Cameras in the Execution of Warrants.
The arrested accused was brought to Caloocan City Medical Center for medical and physical examination, then turned over to the Investigation and Detective Management Section–Warrant and Subpoena Section for temporary detention and documentation for the return of the warrant to the issuing court.
