To ensure full readiness for the 2025 National and Local Elections, the Northern Police District conducted an early morning accounting of its personnel on May 12, 2025, at 6:00 AM, held at the NPD Headquarters.

The activity was led by PLTCOL BERNABE A IRINCO JR, Chief of the District Operations Division, under the supervision of PBGEN JOSEFINO D LIGAN, District Director of NPD.

The purpose of the accounting was to check the presence of all personnel and to give clear instructions for their duties during the elections. This also ensured that proper deployment is in place to help maintain peace and order on election day.

PBGEN LIGAN reminded all police officers to stay alert, follow election rules, and perform their duties with honesty and discipline. He also stressed the importance of police visibility and quick response to any election-related incidents.
