This vital initiative is spearheaded by PCOL VILLAFLOR S BANNAWAGAN, Deputy District Director for Operation together with PLTCOL BERNABE A IRINCO JR. Chief, District Operation Division, under the leadership of PBGEN JOSEFINO D LIGAN. Their active supervision ensures that our police officers are highly visible, approachable, and ready to assist at all times.
