VALENZUELA CITY — A wanted person also known as alias Toto 38 year-old, male, for drug-related charges was arrested by the Valenzuela City Police Station through the Warrant and Subpoena Section at around 4:05 PM on May 15, 2025.
The arrest took place at the Custodial Facility Unit of the station, following the service of a warrant issued by Hon. Elena A. Amigo-Amano, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 282, Valenzuela City. The court order, dated January 30, 2020, was for a violation of Section 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165, with a recommended bail of ₱200,000.
Body-worn camera was used during the operation to ensure transparency and accountability. The accused is currently detained for violation of Presidential Decree No. 1602.
