PBGEN RIZALITO G GAPAS, District Director, Northern Police District (NPD), lauded the effort of Valenzuela City Police Station.

At about 12:20 PM on January 30, 2024, along Beverly Homes 1, Barangay Prensa 2, Marilao, Bulacan, in alignment with the Chief PNP’s 5 focused agenda “Aggressive & Honest Law Enforcement Operations”, joint operatives from the Warrant and Subpoena Section of VCPS, under the leadership of PLT RONALD P BAUTISTA, Chief, WSS, along with four personnel from the Northern Maritime Police Station, Navotas City, led by PCMS Miguel V Perez lll, served a Warrant of Arrest against the accused, resulting in a successful apprehension.

The accused was identified as one male and the warrant of arrest was issued by HON. MATEO B ALTAREJOS, Acting Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 172, Valenzuela City on January 12, 2024, for the crime of Sexual Assault under Art. 266-A 2 of the RPC in relation to Sec. 5 B of R.A. 7610, as amended by R.A. 11648 2 counts.
