Navotas City – A man listed as the No. 10 Top Most Wanted Person at the station level for June 2025 was arrested today, June 1, at around 10:30 AM along L. Santos Street, Barangay Tangos South, Navotas City.
The accused also known as alias Buknoy 45-year-old, male, a known member of the Criminal Gang in relation to SACLEO operations, was arrested by operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section and Station Intelligence Unit of Navotas City Police Station (NCPS). The arrest was made by virtue of a warrant issued under Criminal Case No. N18-395-CR for violation of Section 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002), issued by Hon. Ronald Que Torrijos, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 288, Navotas City, dated May 9, 2025.
The operation was carried out under the leadership of Police Colonel Mario C Cortes, Chief of Police, NCPS. A body-worn camera and an alternative recording device were used during the implementation of the arrest warrant to ensure transparency.
The arrested accused is now under the custody of the Custodial Facility Unit of NCPS, and the return of the warrant is being prepared for submission to the issuing court.
