The NCRPO Civil Disturbance Management (CDM) Competition 2025 held at the NCRPO Regional Headquarters in Bicutan, Taguig City became a proving ground for skill, discipline, and teamwork among CDM contingents from the different districts of Metro Manila.

Among the participants, the Northern Police District (NPD) contingent stood tall with the strong support of their Acting District Director, PBGEN JERRY V PROTACIO, who personally witnessed the event and cheered on his personnel. His presence served as a morale boost for the team, affirming his commitment to the continued training, professionalism, and readiness of NPD’s force.

The NPD CDM team showcased not only tactical excellence but also the unity and discipline that reflect the core values of the Philippine National Police. PBGEN PROTACIO commended their performance and underscored the importance of such competitions in enhancing operational capability and fostering stronger bonds among police units in the region.
