On July 18, 2025, PBGEN JERRY V PROTACIO, Acting District Director of the Northern Police District, paid a courtesy call to Malabon City Mayor, Hon. Jeannie Sandoval at the Malabon City Hall. The visit highlighted the continuing partnership between the NPD and the City Government of Malabon in ensuring peace, order, and public safety.

Mayor Sandoval warmly welcomed PBGEN Protacio and expressed her support for the initiatives of the Northern Police District, particularly in strengthening police visibility and community-based peace and order programs. Both leaders shared their commitment to closer coordination in addressing criminality, emergency response, and other public safety concerns.

After the courtesy call, PBGEN Protacio visited the Malabon City Command Center, where he was given an operational briefing on the city’s command, control, and communication systems. The visit emphasized the shared goal of enhancing inter-agency collaboration for efficient monitoring, swift response, and better coordination during emergencies and critical incidents.

This engagement reaffirmed the joint efforts of the NPD and the Malabon City Government toward a safer and more secure community for all Malabon residents.
