NAVOTAS CITY — In a successful anti-drug operation at Navotas City, police operatives arrested a male drug suspect tagged as a High-Value Individual (HVI) and included in the drug watchlist at Barangay NBBS Proper Navotas City. The operation resulted in the seizure of approximately 100.1 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of Php 680,680.00.

The suspect, a 22-year-old male known by the alias “Clarence”, was arrested at around 1:00 AM of July 12, 2025, during a buy-bust operation carried out by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of the Navotas City Police Station under the supervision of PCOL RENANTE F PINUELA, Officer-in-Charge. The operation was conducted with proper coordination through PDEA, in line with the Intensified Simultaneous Police Operations.

Seized from the suspect were three (3) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu, one marked Php 500 buy-bust money, and Php 27,000 in boodle money, all properly marked and documented.

A formal complaint for Violation of Sections 5 (Sale) and 11 (Possession) of Article II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspect before the City Prosecutor’s Office through inquest proceedings.
