Caloocan City — Through a manhunt operation, authorities from the Warrant and Subpoena Section of Caloocan City Police Station, under the leadership of Police Colonel Paul Jady D Doles, Chief of Police, successfully arrested a 30-year-old male, listed as one of the Most Wanted Persons in the area, in Barangay 176, Bagong Silang, Caloocan City.
The operation took place at around 5:00 PM in Phase 4B, Package 9, Block 69, Lot Excess of said barangay. Acting on a valid warrant of arrest, operatives apprehended the accused a single male vendor born in Masbate—by virtue of a warrant issued by Hon. Barbara Aleli Hernandez-Briones, Presiding Judge of Family Court Branch 1, Caloocan City, dated April 10, 2025.
The accused was wanted for Sexual Abuse under Section 5 (b) of R.A. 7610, with a recommended bail set at Php 200,000.00.
The arrest was documented using an Alternative Recording Device (ARD), specifically a HONOR 90 mobile phone, in compliance with police procedures and rights-based policing.
Following the arrest, the accused was brought to Caloocan City Medical Center for the required medical and physical examination and was later turned over to the Investigation and Detective Management Section – Warrant and Subpoena Section (IDMS-WSS) for temporary detention and preparation of the necessary return documents to the issuing court.
