Caloocan City — In a successful operation, operatives from the Warrant and Subpoena Section of the Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) successfully arrested a 36-year-old male wanted for Homicide, listed as a Most Wanted Person.

The arrest took place at around 12:20 AM at Barangay 22, Caloocan City. Acting on a warrant issued by Hon. Zita Marie Magundayao Atienza-Fajardo, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 224, Quezon City, dated June 16, 2025, the police tracked down the accused using precise intelligence and coordinated efforts. The court recommended bail of Php 120,000.00.

The accused was apprehended through a manhunt operation aided by an Alternative Recording Device (Realme RMX3834). He was brought to Caloocan City Medical Center (CCMC) for the standard medical and physical examination before being detained at the Investigation and Detective Management Section – Warrant and Subpoena Section (IDMS-WSS) pending the issuance of a court commitment order.

Police Brigadier General Arnold E Abad, Acting District Director of the Northern Police District (NPD), commended the CCPS personnel for their swift and coordinated action in enforcing the court’s order.

“This accomplishment reaffirms our commitment to bring offenders to justice no matter where they are. It is a testament to the professionalism and dedication of our personnel,” PBGEN Abad stated.

This successful operation also highlights the effectiveness of the NCRPO’s flagship AAA Strategy—Able, Active, and Allied—a holistic policing approach that enhances operational capability, fosters proactive law enforcement, and strengthens community partnerships.
