Caloocan City – At around 12:40 PM on June 2, 2025, operatives from the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) of the Caloocan City Police Station under the leadership of Police Colonel Paul Jady D Doles, Chief of Police, successfully arrested a 20-year-old male construction worker by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of Theft under Article 308 of the Revised Penal Code.
The operation took place at Barangay 73, Caloocan City, and was executed with the use of an Alternative Recording Device (ARD), specifically a Vivo V25E. The arrest was made pursuant to issued by Hon. Benelita Jocson Mones-Borromeo, Presiding Judge of the Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 84, Caloocan City, dated May 29, 2025, with a recommended bail of ₱10,000.00.
Following the arrest, the accused was brought to the Caloocan City Medical Center (CCMC) for the mandatory medical and physical examination. He was then turned over to the Investigation and Detective Management Section–Warrant and Subpoena Section (IDMS-WSS) for temporary detention and the preparation of required documents for the return of the warrant to the issuing court.
