Navotas City – A 30-year-old male suspect wanted for Robbery with Force and Intimidation (4 counts) was apprehended on the afternoon of June 19, 2025, at Brgy. NBBS Kaunlaran, Navotas City, by operatives of the Navotas City Police Station (NCPS), Warrant and Subpoena Section, and Sub-Station 4 personnel.
The operation was carried out under the leadership of PCOL Renante F Pinuela, Officer-in-Charge of NCPS, by virtue of an alias warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Zaldy B. Docena, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 170, Malabon City, dated September 22, 2015. The warrant covers four separate criminal cases with a recommended bail of ₱100,000.00 for each count.
During the arrest, proper protocol was observed, including the use of a Body Worn Camera (BWC) and an Alternative Recording Device (ARD), model NOVA7i, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the operation.
The arrested accused, is currently under custody at the Custodial Facility Unit of NCPS. The return of the warrant is being prepared for submission to the issuing court.
Police Brigadier General Arnold E Abad, Acting District Director of the Northern Police District (NPD), lauded the NCPS operatives for their swift and coordinated action in executing the court order, stating: “This accomplishment reaffirms our commitment to bring offenders to justice no matter where they are.
