Malabon City – On June 1, 2025, at around 4:30 PM, operatives from Malabon City Police Sub-Station 7, in coordination with the Warrant and Subpoena Section, successfully arrested the Northern Police District’s Top 6 Most Wanted Person (District Level) and No. 7 Most Wanted Person at the Station Level for the month of June 2025.
The male accused 51 years old and a resident of Barangay Bayan-Bayanan, Malabon City, was apprehended at Don Basilio Bautista Boulevard, Barangay Hulong Duhat, Malabon City, by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Rape under Article 266-A, Paragraph (1) of the Revised Penal Code, in relation to Section 5 (b) of Republic Act No. 7610.
The Warrant was issued by Honorable Abigail Santos Domingo-Laylo, Presiding Judge of Family Court Branch 4, Malabon City, on May 19, 2025. No bail was recommended for the temporary liberty of the accused. The arrest was properly documented using an Alternative Recording Device (ARD), specifically a Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, during the service of the warrant.
Following the arrest, the accused was brought to Ospital ng Malabon for medical examination and was subsequently turned over to the Malabon City Police Station Custodial Facility for temporary confinement, pending the issuance of a commitment order from the court of origin.

Police Brigadier General Josefino D Ligan, District Director of the Northern Police District, also commended the Malabon City Police Station for the swift and proper execution of the court order.
