VALENZUELA CITY — At around 10:30 AM today, April 29, 2025, operatives from the Warrant and Subpoena Section of the Valenzuela City Police Station under the leadership of Police Colonel Nixon M Cayaban, Chief of Police, successfully arrested a 61-year-old male suspect known by the alias “Lowet.” The suspect is ranked No. 7 on the Station-Level Top Most Wanted Persons list of the VCPS.

The arrest took place at No. 84 Reyes Compound, Lahuerta Street, Barangay Marulas, Valenzuela City, through the service of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Mateo B Altarejos, Presiding Judge of the Family Court, Branch 16, Valenzuela City. The warrant was in connection with a case of Acts of Lasciviousness under the Revised Penal Code in relation to Section 5(b), as amended by R.A. 11648, with a recommended bail of Php180,000.00.

The entire operation was documented using body-worn cameras to ensure transparency and accountability. Following the arrest, the accused was turned over to the Custodial Facility Unit of the Valenzuela CPS for proper disposition, pending the return of the warrant to the issuing court.
