Caloocan City – In a display of unrelenting pursuit of justice, operatives of the District Special Operations Unit (DSOU) of the Northern Police District (NPD), in coordination with the Northern District Intelligence Team–Regional Intelligence Unit (NDIT-RIU) and the Warrant and Subpoena Section of Caloocan City Police Station, successfully arrested a male individual tagged as the No. 8 District Level and No. 7 Caloocan City Police Station Top Ten Most Wanted Person for the month of May 2025.
At around 4:30 PM on May 1, 2025, authorities served the warrant of arrest on a pedestrian footbridge along M.H. Del Pilar St., Samson Road, Barangay 3, Caloocan City. The accused, a 54-year-old male construction worker residing in Barangay 185, Caloocan City, was apprehended by virtue of a warrant issued by Hon. Barbara Aleli Hernandez Briones, Presiding Judge of RTC Family Court Branch 1, Caloocan City.
He faces four (4) counts of Sexual Assault under Criminal Case Nos. C-124020, C-124021, C-124026, and C-124027, and four (4) counts of Acts of Lasciviousness under Criminal Case Nos. C-124022, C-124023, C-124024, and C-124025, with a recommended bail of Php 180,000.00 for each count.
Following the arrest, the accused was immediately brought to Caloocan City Medical Center for medical and physical examination, and subsequently turned over to the Northern Police District Custodial Facility Unit for temporary detention pending the return of the warrant of arrest to the court of origin. An Alternative Recording Device (ARD) was utilized to document the arrest operation.
