Caloocan City – May 29, 2025 — A joint manhunt operation conducted by the Warrant and Subpoena Section of Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) Sub-Station 15 under the leadership of Police Colonel Paul Jady D Doles, Chief of Police, led to the successful service of a warrant of arrest against a 24-tear-old male, in connection with anti-illegal drug operations under SACLEO.
The operation was carried out at around 12:10 AM on May 29, 2025, at the Custodial Facility of the IDMS-Warrant and Subpoena Section located at Samson Road, Barangay 80, Caloocan City. The accused was wanted for violation of Section 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs). The warrant was issued by Hon. Victoriano Bañez Cabanos, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 127, Caloocan City on March 27, 2023, with a recommended bail of Php 200,000.
The arrest was documented using an Alternative Recording Device (ARD), specifically a Huawei P20 Pro. The accused is now in custody while pertinent documents are being prepared for the return of the warrant and pending issuance of a commitment order from the court.
