A man listed as the No. 3 Most Wanted at the station level of Mandaon MPS, Masbate Police Provincial Office (PPO) was arrested this afternoon, May 13, 2025, in Valenzuela City.

At around 3:30 PM, personnel from Bignay Police Sub-Station 7 of the Valenzuela City Police Station under the supervision of Police Colonel Nixon M Cayaban, Chief of Police, arrested the wanted individual at the National Police Clearance area of the sub-station after he was flagged in the e-warrant system while applying for a police clearance.

Authorities confirmed that the suspect has a pending Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Rape. The warrant was issued by Hon. Ave A. Zurbito-Alba, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 48, Masbate City, on August 9, 2024. No bail was recommended.

The arresting team coordinated closely with Mandaon MPS, Masbate PPO. Body-Worn Camera was utilized during the operation to ensure transparency and accountability.

Following his arrest, the suspect was brought to the Valenzuela City Health Department for a medical examination and was later turned over to the Custodial Facility Unit of the station. The warrant will be returned to the court of origin.
