A 67 year-old, man ranked as the No. 5 Top Most Wanted Person at both the District Level (Northern Police District) and Station Level (Valenzuela City Police Station) was arrested at around 3:10 PM today, June 2, 2025, at No. 169 Ayala Street, San Pascual, Batangas.

The arrest was carried out by joint operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section and Station Intelligence Section of Valenzuela City Police Station under the supervision Police Colonel Relly B Arnedo, Officer in Charge. The team served a warrant of arrest for the crime of Incestuous Rape in relation to R.A. 7610. The warrant was issued by Hon. Mateo B. Altarejos, Presiding Judge of Family Court Branch 16, Valenzuela City, on March 14, 2025. No bail was recommended. The operation was properly documented using Body Worn Cameras to ensured proper documentation of the police procedure.

After the arrest, the accused was brought to the Valenzuela Medical Center for medical examination and was later turned over to the Custodial Facility Unit of the station, pending return of the warrant to the court of origin.

Police Brigadier General Josefino D Ligan, District Director of the Northern Police District, commended the Valenzuela City Police Station for the successful operation.
