At around 1:10 PM on April 28, 2025, police officers from Sub-Station 3, Marulas, under the supervision of Police Colonel Nixon M Cayaban, Chief of Police, Valenzulea City Police Station. Successfully served a Warrant of Arrest against a Most Wanted Person (MWP) at No. 3B Aleey Street, Palo Alto, Barangay Marulas, Valenzuela City.

The accused a 35 years old, male, resident of Valenzuela City, was arrested for violation of Article 266-A paragraph 2 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to R.A. 7610 (two counts). The Warrant of Arrest was issued by Hon. Mateo B. Altarejos, Presiding Judge of Family Court, Branch 16, Valenzuela City, on September 7, 2020, with a recommended bail of Php360,000.00.

The arrested individual was immediately turned over to the Custodial Facility Unit for proper documentation and safekeeping prior to the return of the warrant to the court of origin.
