NPD’s Unwavering Pursuit: Most Wanted Person Apprehended in Valenzuela City

Valenzuela City police successfully served a warrant of arrest to a 34-year-old male resident of Valenzuela City identified as a most wanted person (MWP) at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Valenzuela City Jail on February 24, 2025, at around 4:45 PM.

Police operatives from the Warrant and Subpoena Section of the Valenzuela City Police Station, under the leadership of PCOL Nixon M. Cayaban, Chief of Police, arrested the accused for Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Section 5(b) of R.A. 7610, as amended by R.A. 11648. The warrant was issued by Hon. Mateo B. Altarejos, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 172, Valenzuela City, on February 20, 2025, with a recommended bail of Php180,000.00.

The arrested accused is now in the custody of BJMP Valenzuela City, and the return of the warrant is being prepared for submission to the issuing court.
