Today, Hon. Benjamin “Benhur” C. Abalos Jr., Secretary of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), represented by Usec Felicito Valmocina, led a highly successful clean-up drive at Lapu-Lapu Creek, situated at Lapu-Lapu Avenue Extension corner Dagat-Dagatan Avenue. The event took place on January 27, 2024, starting at 5:00 AM, in close collaboration with the Northern Police District (NPD).
The NPD, aligning with its core mission and functions, ensured the security and safety of all participants throughout the activity. Simultaneously, they conducted anti-criminality operations to guarantee the continuous delivery of public safety services.
