The Northern Police District (NPD) held its Traditional Monday Flag Raising and Awarding Ceremony on July 21, 2025, at the NPD Headquarters, led by Acting District Director, PBGEN JERRY V PROTACIO.
During his message, PBGEN PROTACIO emphasized the importance of discipline, professionalism, and public service as he highlighted the 5 Guidelines of PMGEN ANTHONY A ABERIN, Regional Director of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO). He urged all NPD personnel to embrace these guidelines as part of their commitment to operational excellence and community engagement.
PBGEN PROTACIO also reiterated the 3 Pillars of Leadership of PGEN NICOLAS D TORRE III, Chief of the Philippine National Police, which serve as a guide in strengthening leadership, enhancing police operations, and fostering genuine community relations.
The ceremony likewise recognized NPD personnel who have demonstrated exceptional performance in the line of duty, inspiring others to uphold the highest standards of service.
